• Check-in from 15:00 · check-out by 11:00 — and when you head off, simply leave the door open with the key, exactly as you found it.

Fresh Eggs from Our Coop
Our hens roam free across the whole farm — happy birds living on greens, seeds and whatever they scratch up, which is why the yolks come out deep, naturally golden. The shells are a palette of their own: blue from the Ameraucanas, dark chocolate from the French Marans, a soft pinkish tint from the Brahmas. Collected each morning — a box of six is ₪36. And fair warning: hormone-free hens living free lay less than commercial coops, and we assort the colors — so some days there simply aren't any. Worth the wait.

Our Pantry
We stock your cabin with what we love for ourselves — healthy and pure.
Celtic sea salt — hand-harvested with wooden tools from the clay salt ponds of Guérande, Brittany, the old way. Unrefined and still faintly moist, it keeps its trace minerals — magnesium, potassium, calcium — and tastes softer and rounder than refined salt.
Pure cane sugar — minimally processed, nothing added, nothing bleached away.
Olive oil — 100% pure and organic. We discovered it on a trip to Italy, found it amazing, and brought it back to share with our guests.
The Little Soap
The small bar in your bathroom is handmade and completely natural — no additives, just pure ingredients — and it changes with the batch: sometimes Oatmeal & Lavender (soothing, gently polishing), sometimes Activated Charcoal with tea tree and rosemary (a deep clean), Forest Scrub with cedarwood and pine, or Lemongrass & Coconut Milk. All built on olive and coconut oil, cocoa and shea butter. Small in size, generous in what it does.
Bedding & Linen — Laundered by Us
Your bed is dressed in natural linen and fine Egyptian cotton — crisp, breathable, made for deep sleep. And all of it, sheets and towels alike, is washed right here by us — never sent to industrial laundry, so no harsh chemicals ever touch it — then dried on the line, in the orchard sun. That's the scent you're noticing.

The dark towel set and the bathrobes are yours to take to the spa. The light set is for indoor use only.
