Where the road ends, the orchard begins
At the very end of the road, past the last houses, two cabins — one facing the avocado trees, one facing the garden. No neighbours, no traffic — just birdsong and the wind in the leaves. Both are dressed in linen and Egyptian cotton bedding.

Discover HassBook HassNamed for the bright green, smooth-skinned variety. A sitting terrace opens onto the lawn, the garden and our chicken coop — calm, homely and full of life.
Discover EttingerBook EttingerOur private spa rests at the orchard's edge — a modest, quietly luxurious ritual that comes with staying here. Heat, cold water, trees and stillness: you step out refreshed and renewed.
As our guest, reserve your spa time when booking your stay — or during it, whenever the mood finds you.
Book a Spa VisitThe spa is also open to day visitors — a private experience for 1–4 people, independent of a night's stay.
The Spa Experience
Loofah soaps handmade for this spa, pure mineral soaks and magnesium rituals — choose yours when you book your visit.
Everything here is created specifically by us, for us — pure, natural, and sourced from the finest origins.
From time to time, we prepare a generous farm breakfast — eggs from our own coop, and whatever the garden and season give. It's served at a table set right in front of the orchard rows, or brought to your cabin.
Breakfast isn't served daily — it's arranged in advance, so let us know when you book and we'll see what we can do.
We raise our own chickens — Ameraucanas that lay blue, French Marans with dark-chocolate shells, Brahmas with a soft pinkish tint. Free-roaming and happy, with deep golden yolks — collect a box to take home.
The beds are dressed in natural linen and fine Egyptian cotton — crisp, breathable, and made for deep sleep.
The grounds are patrolled by our resident peacock — you'll hear him before you see him, tail in full dress on the lawn.
Eighteen dunams of avocado trees, two cabins, one family. We do everything here ourselves — from the orchard to the cabins — small and intimate, natural yet high quality, quiet and calming. Built entirely to our own taste.
We give our guests what we love for ourselves — healthy, pure, made or chosen by hand.
Your linen and Egyptian-cotton sheets are washed right here by us — never industrial laundry, never harsh chemicals — and dried on the line in the orchard sun. That's the scent.
Our Oatmeal & Lavender bar — olive oil, cocoa and shea butter, clay and lavender essential oil. Completely natural, no additives; small in size, generous in what it does.
Raising chickens is a personal hobby. Ours roam free across the whole farm — which makes for happy hens, and noticeably richer, healthier eggs — deep golden yolks — for your breakfast.
Pure Celtic sea salt, pure cane sugar — and 100% organic olive oil we discovered on a trip to Italy and brought back to share with our guests.
Habonim, Dor and Atlit — rock pools, shell-strewn sand and quiet coves on one of Israel's most beautiful stretches of coastline — are a ten-minute drive from the cabins. Orchard mornings, sea afternoons.
The cabin facing the orchard. Glass doors open from the bedroom straight onto a private wooden deck, where mornings are birdsong, coffee and rows of avocado trees.
The cabin facing the garden. A curtained sleeping nook, a sitting corner, and a terrace opening onto the lawn, the flower garden and the chicken coop — mornings come with fresh eggs and the peacock's call.
